Key offerings are:

• Manage ICT Service Solutions Architecture Service area to meet service priorities and lead an effective service responsive to the organisation’s needs.
• Act as a technical specialist or lead expert in technical and solutions architecture, in line with service delivery requirements, whilst understanding the impact on wider stakeholders and the organisation.
• Work with the Head of Service and Solutions Architecture to help create and manage a framework of best practices, procedures and documentation which support the delivery of the function and ensure processes are in place to enable continuous review and improvement.
• To design and manage ICT enterprise and solutions architecture, providing a current and long-term view of the business functionality, data, ICT applications, supporting technologies and components, and adhering to architecture best practices.
• Work with your Applications and Operations teams to identify, drive and deliver on opportunities for consolidation of applications and technology infrastructure, remove duplication, simplify business function and ICT estate, and reduce ongoing maintenance and support costs.

  What skills and experience do our consultants have:

•  Extensive knowledge of Enterprise Architecture and Solutions Architecture principles and concepts.
• Extensive knowledge of datacentre and cloud-based reference architectures, capabilities, tools and technologies enabling design decisions.
• Proven experience in managing, motivating, and continually developing staff to deliver strong performance. Substantial experience in managing an ICT Solutions Architecture function in large complex organisations.
• We operate at a senior level in a large ICT Service environment, managing and delivering change.
